SOME angry United Party for National Development-UPND youths in Kalomo on Monday afternoon locked their Party’s Office in the District for being left out in the recent teacher recruitent.
Meanwhile, UPND Kalomo Chairperson for Politics, Mwambwa Mweemba, tells Byta FM News that the matter has been reported to Police to allow the law take effect.
Mweemba wonders why the youths in the Party chose to lock the Office when the recruitment process was undertaken by Central Government.
He explains that the UPND is a law-abiding Party that believes in inclusiveness, hence does not want to recruit anyone based on Party affiliation.
Mweemba says those who have been left out on the recent teacher recruitment should continue applying and not give up.
