Southern hemisphere and Zambia’s strongest woman champion Cherry Muchindu has broken the southern hemisphere record three times in a row.
Muchindu first broke the record in 2022 lifting 250Kgs, now she has lifted to the new record of 270 KG.
She first lifted 260KG and broke her own record one minute after later.
This was during Africa’s Strongest Man and Woman 2023 Championship being held in Livingstone.
The competition which is running from 27 to 29 October 2023 has 8 countries participating
