A family from Chikanta’s Jongolo Village in Kalomo District has been reported for breaking into a New Apostolic Church and eating the holy communion on Monday 19, February 2024.
Jongolo Village Headman, Diverious Jongolo, tells Byta FM News that when questioned why they ate the holy communion, the family alleged that they had nothing to eat at home.
Meanwhile, Mweebo Village Headmen in Chikanta Chiefdom, Bruno Munsaka, condemned the behaviour of the family adding that it was disappointing to see people stealing from the house of God.
