THE massage therapist accused of s£xually ass@ulting a client has denied the allegations contending that the plaintiff had actually asked for a “long” rubbing treatment and “perfectly” communicated over the “pressure” applied on her body during the massage session.
Kenneth Musonda, a masseur at Pamodzi Hotels Plc, has submitted in the High Court that he professionally conducted the deep tissue massage on Mwansa Njelesani without any complaints from her.
“The plaintiff expressed her gratitude to Mr Musonda for the massage and proceeded to make the requisite payment for the same after which he provided her with his mobile number on a separate piece of paper,” the court document reads in part.
