The Patriotic Front has reported to the Police, a Mr. Morgan Ng’ona who has applied to the University of Mulungushi to convene a Patriotic Front Meeting at the premises.
Patriotic Front Secretary General, Raphael Nakacinda has reported the matter to the Zambia Police Lusaka Commanding Officer, stating that Mr. Ngona was not a member of the Patriotic Front and was therefore masquerading and engaged in impersonation.
Hon Nakacinda has further disclosed that the letterhead used in the application to use University of Mulungushi accommodation facilities was a total forgery and Mr. Ngona must be arrested for the offence.
He urged the Police to act swiftly to atrest those engaged in lawlessness.
He also called on Mulungushi University and other authority to take note of the matter that this was a forgery and a case of impersonation.
A Mr. Morgan Ngona, a former PF official from Matero Constituency, had written to Mulungushi University, purporting that the Patriotic Front wIll be holding an independence retreat at which it will convene 500 people in Kabwe.
He copied the letter to the Minister of Education and the Minister of Home Affairs and Interior Security.
When contacted for a comment about the nature of the meeting, Ngona referred all queries to suspended Matero Member of Parliament, Hon. Miles Sampa.

RE; CASE OF FORGED PF LETTERHEAD AND IMPERSONATION-MR. MORGAN NG’ONA
We have noted a letter written to the Vice Chancellor of Mulungishi University and copied to the Minister of Education and the Minister of Home Affairs.
The letter was signed by Mr. Morgan Ng’ona and alleges that the Patriotic Front will be holding an annual retreat and will host 500 persons at Mulungushi University during the week of natuonal independence celebrations.
Please note that the letter is a forgery, written on a forged letterhead of the Patriotic Front party.
Further be informed that the said Mr. Morgan Ng’ona is a former party official in Matero Constituency of the Patriotic Front, and to our knowledge, he defected to another political party in 2022 and has not been admitted back in the party.
We therefore wish to report the criminal case of forgery and impersonation against Mr. Ng’ona of Matero.
Further, Mulungushi University and those he has copied the letter to are advised accordingly.
